LEGAL SECRETARY/LEGAL ASSISTANT - UPPER HUTT

Main Street Legal is looking for a part-time Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our growing team in Upper Hutt. 

We are a small general practice law firm.  Our supportive and tight knit team consists of two Directors, two Lawyers, an Associate/Senior Legal Executive, a Legal Executive and support staff. 

We specialise in property law, trusts, estate planning, estate administration, criminal and family law. As a growing practice we would welcome a legal secretary/assistant to assist our busy Associate with the day-to-day management of conveyancing, estate, trust and general matters. 

What we want you to bring to the table: 

  • Experience as a Legal Secretary preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to ask for guidance as required. 
  • Efficient multi-tasking abilities. 
  • Must have a sense of humour! 
  • Ability to prioritise, keen administrative and organisational skills. 
  • The willingness to learn and advance your skills. 
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
