Associate and Conveyancing Practitioner
Suné Hume is a Registered Conveyancing Practitioner and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. These professional accreditations authorise her to take statutory declarations and certify specified documents on behalf of clients. In recognition of her dedication and contribution to Main Street Legal and its clients, Suné has recently been appointed as an Associate of the firm.
Originally from South Africa, Suné has been a proud New Zealander since 2008 and, together with her family, has made Upper Hutt her home.
Suné commenced her legal career in private practice in Wellington in 2014 before joining the Public Trust, and subsequently Main Street Legal in 2017. She specialises in private client work, including residential sales and purchases, subdivisions, property refinancing, estate administration, and estate planning matters such as wills and enduring powers of attorney and the establishment of Family Trusts.
Suné is committed to delivering clear, practical, and solution-focused advice to clients, ensuring that their legal matters are managed efficiently and with care.
Outside of the office, Suné enjoys gardening, walking her dog and spending quality time with family and friends.
