Michelle joined the firm in 2023 to develop her career in criminal and family law.  Michelle has worked extensively in all areas of general practice since being admitted to the bar in 2006. Prior to joining Main Street Legal, Michelle worked as a solicitor in the Hutt Valley on a wide range of private client and commercial matters. Michelle brings a well-rounded knowledge of the law with her to Main Street Legal.

Michelle represents clients in the District Court and Family Court.  She also has experience in preparing matters for litigation through time spent as a Team Leader at the Lawyers Complaints Service of the New Zealand Law Society.

Outside of work Michelle enjoys gardening, tramping and making the most of the region’s great outdoors.
